Responsibilities:
? Design In-house standard and non- standard machine and production lines automation electronics systems, troubleshoot and upgrade existing automation control systems and provide soft and hard support on automation control systems. Work with different communication protocol. Draw Electrical drawings and generate BOM for automation control system. Work with cross functional teams to complete the tasks. Define clear automation system list of requirements (LOR). Design Electronics control for machine.
? Work with team to upgrade the control systems at various production lines located in global sites.
? Assist to other team members to optimize and introduce new technologies.
? Communicate with customers for defining critical automation requirements.
Requirements:
? Very good PLC (Keyence, Beckhoff and other PLC brands) and Human machine interface (Keyence, Weintek) programming skill, design control system for machine and production line. Good work experience on motion control (Servo, Stepper motors). and Electronics components.
? Electrical and Electronics drawings, Bill of material (BOM), prepare machine and production line documents and manuals.
? Knowledge in C/C++, LabView programming is plus.
? Able to work under pressure
? Ownership and leadership ability
